Endurance of Niuzao: The Endurance of Niuzao fully absorbs the damage of one attack that would normally kill you. This effect has a 2 min cooldown. Does not function for non-Tank-specialized characters.

Flurry of Xuen: Your damaging attacks have a chance to trigger a Flurry of Xuen, causing you to deal 1 (+ 20% of Attack power) damage to up to 5 enemies in front of you, every 0.3 sec for 3 sec. (Approximately procs per minute).

Thok's Tail Tip - An excellent trinket, supplementing both our offensive and defensive capabilities. A must-have for every set, but the same applies for all other classes, so be ready for some competition. Note that wearing the Caster and Agility options is possible, but not good enough to make the cut for this list.

Skeer's Bloodsoaked Talisman - This is the second trinket making it into the default offensive lineup. It is ever so slightly stronger than Haromm's Talisman, performing roughly 0.30% better on patchwerk fights, but suffering when proc uptime and damage phases desynchronize.

Haromm's Talisman & Kardris' Toxic Totem - Shared third position, dipping into Caster and Agility-class territory simply to gain access to multistrike, performing better than the aforementioned Skeer's Bloodsoaked Talisman for fights with uneven uptime. Between those three offensive trinkets for your second slot, simply pick whichever option is less contested.

Fusion-Fire Core - Simply swap into this trinket for fights where cleave damage is useful.

Defensive Trinkets

Vial of Living Corruption - This trinket reduces the cooldowns of all of our major defensive abilities, on a class which relies on chaining their defensive abilities. Clear first pick by a decent margin. The worst part of this trinket is how hard it is to take off, since you will have to relearn encounter timings.

Curse of Hubris - Surprisingly decent, arguably balanced, option, especially in fights where you can expect to achieve maximum Vengeance during a burst-phase.

Rook's Unlucky Talisman - Interesting option with very niche utility. Almost all of the AOE options in the current tier are dodgeable, relegating this trinket to potential-cheese status.

Prideful Gladiator's Emblem of Tenacity - As in previous tiers, the usefulness of an on-demand HP boost on a generally worthwhile stamina statbase should not be underestimated. However, in the final tier the scaling simply doesn't stay up to par to make this Trinket anything but a progression pick on new characters, because of how easy it is to acquire.

Where is the offensive BiS?
Sacked strength for parry pieces are fine for passive mit sets but where's muh haste gcd zug fit, bruh? I want to get tinnitus from how often I'm using SotR.

Ghost Iron Dragonling does NOT require skill to equip or use. I had an engineering buddy make one for me and socket it with the gears. Was able to trade it to me and I was able to equip and use it until I could afford the Relic of Nizao. 9/28/25

I know this is page is probably geared towards people who normal/heroic raid to figure out their BIS so everything else is probably overlooked, but just a little curious why for the Celestial Dungeon "BIS" list, it lists Scimitar of Seven Stars as BIS, when Kilrak, Jaws of Terror is available? Both are swords with same speed, damage, and dps, but Kilrak has more base strength, more base hit and mastery, and also has a Sha-touched gem slot over a blue gem slot (and with the legendary questline, you can add a prismatic socket to a Sha-touched weapon, so Kilrak ends up also with a gem slot in addition to the Sha-touched gem slot). I know the release dates for raids (and by extension, for celestial gear) were staggered, but the Celestial Dungeon BIS list has Shackles of Eversparks and Bracers of Defiled Earth, both of which were released with ToES (alongside Kilrak).

Hey folks - just wondering about the Meta Gems here - for a Prot Paly is the Stam and Dam Reduction gem really better than the Sinister Primordial Diamond ? Wouldn't the 30% spell haste increase damage, Holy power gen, AND uptime of Shield of the Righteousness ? I'm too poor in game to actually try this out, I can't afford to swap meta gems like that - but, I'm curious. Just seems like this might offer best of both worlds, and maybe be more defensively effective than the Indomitable Primordial Diamond.

Why wouldn't this be updated for P4? There is literally an ilvl 600 cloak that just got added that offers two drastically different bonuses that are not being discussed or addressed here. That's kind of lazy.

i am pretty certain, that this part is objectively wrong. in the original version you wanted the thok trinket and whichever version you got (caster version from immerseus or healer version from sha of pride)
i am quite frankly very certain that this fact has not changed at all since every other trinket is just worse in terms of offensive and defensive value - never did the testing nor the math but i would not argue against the possibility it even double dips - e.g.: first trinket gives 8% on 100% of your stats, the other one gives you 8% on 108% of your stats
