Bonjour à tous !

Nous souhaitons clarifier certains points concernant les capes. D’abord, si vous avez choisi une cape pour soigneur avec de l’esprit et si vous choisissez de l’améliorer avec l'objet Essence draconique du Vol noir intemporelle, vous recevrez la cape pour soigneur.

Nous souhaitons par ailleurs vous rappeler que vous pouvez changer de cape si vous le désirez auprès de l’intendant de la griffe noir.

Gardez également à l’esprit que la cape et l’essence ne seront disponibles qu’après avoir terminé certaines quêtes :

Pour acheter les capes, vous devez avoir terminé la quête .
Pour acheter l'objet Essence draconique du Vol noir intemporelle, vous devez avoir terminé la quête .

In the last PTR build, this cape was ilvl 522 and did not have any listed stats. Item level 600 in build 16781 seems a bit...high...so this is probably a work in progress. Also Agility and Dodge on a cape is odd.

Speculation is that it may be tied to Wrathion somehow, as all the new capes have Celestial-themed names and Chapitre IV : bénédictions astrales now specifically says "Accompany Wrathion on his journey to obtain blessings from the four August Celestials."

I would imagine this is specifically for Bear tanks.

Dodge, Mastery and Crit. are their 3 tops stats. If these cloaks really are a part of the legendary questline, it would make sense that they would get an item more tailored to them, instead of having a "wasted" stat like Haste. Would also explain why there's a 2nd Agility cloak for dps Agi. users.

EDIT: I like how my post is downrated for "forgetting Monks" when the poster who "pointed out my mistake" even mentions that the Haste/Crit/Mast. cloak would be better for Monk tanks. Much like pally tanks, Haste is good for Brewmasters (up to a point). Even if a Brewmaster Monk has his energy regen. high enough, the Haste/Crit./Mast. cloak would still be better for them because it would allow them to change their gems/enchants/reforges into more important stats like Expertise, Hit or Crit. If a Brewmaster were to use this cloak, they'd be reforging the Dodge, regardless of their current setup.

Again, these cloaks are apart of Wrathion's Legendary questline. The WHOLE POINT of these cloaks is that they're tailored to your class/spec; not "kinda ok" for your class/spec. If that were the case, they would have just made the one Agility cloak.

People should read up on classes before downvoting comments.

I would imagine this is specifically for Bear tanks.

Monk tanks also say hi. though tbph as a monk tank i might prefer the DPS cloak..... more benefit to be gained from the Haste/Crit/Mastery cloak for a monk tank. but point stands, Bears are not the only Agi tank anymore.

This Cape; It is glorious. Being a bear not using the rage build but using a mitigation build where I splash in rage using crit it seems impossible to get something I don't have to reforge and still be disappointed with but this; this right here. I'm loving this thing. My three stats AND a red gem. Not to mention near 1900 agil and a whopping 2900 stam.

My want and need for the legendary items has been renewed.

This cape is one of the rewards from the legendary questline in patch 5.3.

You can buy an extra Grande cape sabot-de-buffle from the vendor Intendant de la Griffe noire located in the Tavern in the Veiled Stair for 10,000g.

Being exalted with The Black Prince gives you a 20% discount which is additive to the level 24 guild perk "Bartering" (a 10% discount) for a total discount of 30% or 7000g.

Hello all!

I wanted to give you some clarification about the cloaks. Keep in mind that the quest chain continues where you left it. That means that if you choose the healer cloak with spirit, when upgrading it with the Essence draconique du Vol noir intemporelle, you’ll receive the healing cloak.

But we have good news! If you want to change the cloak you chose, you have the possibility of buying a new cloak from Blacktalon Quartermaster, along with the Essence draconique du Vol noir intemporelle.

Please, keep also in mind the cloak and the Timeless Essence will only be available once you've completed the relevant quests:

For buying the cloaks, you need to have the quest completed.
For buying the Essence draconique du Vol noir intemporelle, you need to have the quest completed.

If you are just getting your last Titan Runestone, with 5.4, DO NOT upgrade this first cloak, it's a waste of valor. You automatically get 2/2 upgraded when it converts to the legendary. I tried it out because I read a Blizzard post stating that they may just automatically make it 2/2.
