Red Blossom Leak drop off any Jinyu, Sprites or Zandalari in Pandaria. Located in almost every zone.

1. Go to Krasarang Wilds at 64.05, 24.79

2. You are looking for Sunwalker Scout (Note that he spawns at these coordinates and walks on the road to the east.)

3. Enable automatic setting of the stopwatch, indicating next spawn:

4. Disable once finished so it doesn't keep scanning the combat-log:

I've found him to have the highest drop-chance for Juicycrunch Carrot and especially Red Blossom Leek, he must really like those! He doesn't always drop the cooking ingredients, but when he drops, it's between 1 and 4 items. In my personal opinion it's far more than I could manage farming the other suggested mobs.

For Horde characters you have to farm Darnassian Outrider (she is nearby, spawns at 61, 29) and use a slightly different macro for the stopwatch script:

I've been trying to farm these to make some Banquet's but have had no luck, tried to farm the Darnassian Outrider but just doesn't drop them often enough for me.

I was thinking if there was any other way except for going to the Auction House, and then I saw "Replenishing the Pantry" from Nam Ironpaw in Halfhill. (He's the stockmaster you can swap Ironpaw Tokens to get your "sack of...."

Basically you can make a Bundle Of Groceries (available from Merchent Cheng) from any other meat/fish that you can farm easily and essentially "trade" them for other meats/fish that you prefer! As when you hand in the Bundle of Groceries, you get an Ironpaw token :D

I would recommend farming Wildfowl Breast from the Glade Hunter/Glade Sprinters just north of Halfhill as there are plenty of them there with a fast respawn rate and they are only level 86 so they die fast for a level 90, take them back to halfhill and swap for whatever you need :)

Or you could 'farm' them by, I dunno, actually farming them in Sunsong Ranch. It takes 10 minutes to do the opening quests for the farm to be able to plant and harvest 4 plots (20 veggies per day), or 80 once you're exalted. I found this to be a much easier method than camping a one minute respawn NPC with a low chance to drop them. A bit of a time investment to do the dailies to open up the plots, but you probably should have been doing them anyway for the lesser charms.

Best way to have all ingredients for cooking is to go at Timeless isle and farm tigers Primal Stalker - Crag Stalker and you turn 20 Raw Tiger Steak into Bundle of Groceries Quest at Nam Ironpaw and at the same NPC you can buy with your Bundle of Groceries the ingredient you need to rise up your Cooking

If in your server the Timeless Isle is full of players farming the tigers or killing other players for Bloody Coins you can go to The jade Forest Map and farm Winward Tiger.

I personally prefer to farm in Timeless Isle because i'm an Enchanter and all the Timeless plate armors i Disenchant them and get Sha crystals wich i make Enchant Weapon - Dancing Steel Weapon , after that i sell the enchants with 1.2k on Action house.

I don't know why no-one has mentioned this but these are extremely easy to farm from Zandalary Dinomancers on the Isle of Giants. Got around 200 in an hour. By far the easiest way to obdtain them. Don't waste your Ironpaw tokens on them like I did.

For Horde side, these(and also Juicycrunch Carrot) are easily farmable from the various forms of 7th Legion Paratrooper and Shieldwall Marine at Domination Point, at least on my server(Ysera). It'll help save those Cooking Tokens for other things.
