Can confirm, it drops from random mobs on the island. Had it drop from some crabs (the ones that attack you when you first arrive in the storm).

EDIT: Apparently you can loot more if you server transfer. I transferred 2 days ago, did not know about this.

I just looted a second Raw Singing Citrine in week two. It raised the Cyrce's Circlet by 3 points, bringing the item level to 645.

You get Raw Singing Citrine every week as a guaranteed reward from doing the weekly campaign quest on Siren Isle (purple exclamation point). It raises your Cyrce's Circlet by 3 item levels.

Cyrce's Circlet starts at 639 (+3 ilvls from week 1 Raw Singing Citrine = 642) and will cap out at 658 as of current patch content. It is calculated by class theorycrafters to be around 0.5% stronger than a mythic level ring (639) at the base ilvl and will be around 2% stronger than a mythic level ring when it caps at 658.

It's not super exciting as the BIS gems for almost every spec are the passive secondary stat ones, but they're a great upgrade for new/ mid-geared alts. (Wowhead's list of the BIS gems for each spec here.)

*Update going into season 2:

Small nerf Feb 28, 2025:

Roaring War-Queen's Citrine chance to trigger has been reduced slightly.
Legendary Skipper's Citrine no longer triggers Roaring War-Queen's Citrine effect.

According to class discords, this nerf makes the ring 0.6 - 0.9% behind season 2 mythic raid gear.

The weekly campaign quest "Dipping A Toe" (no Wowhead link yet) for week 2 currently does not seem to have a skip option for alts. The quest just turns yellow for alts once you complete it on the first character.

The way to "skip" having to do the weekly quest on every single alt seems to be:

Do it first on one character, of course.
On the subsequent characters, just go and kill rares on Siren Isle. Even the rares inside excavations count. (My alts got it within 1 - 6 rare kills.)

Since I haven't seen this information anywhere else yet, I wanted to point out that if you have already received your Raw Singing Citrine on at least one toon, your alts who are not caught up will have a chance to receive one as a "catch-up" from doing things on Siren Isle. In my case, I did the weekly quest on my Warrior, upgraded his ring to 645, and then looted a Raw Singing Citrine from a rare mob on my Evoker

I've completed every available quest on Siren Isle so my ring was 642 this week but after opening a windy chest I got a Raw Singing Citrine and upgraded it to 645. I'm not sure whether that's intended or not because the weekly quest to get the swimming buff gave no Raw Sing Citrine.

Has anyone been successful in re-obtaining this item after accidentally destroying it? I currently have a ticket open as it does not appear on the item restoration page.

Edit: I killed about 10 event rares and it finally dropped off Gravesludge!

If you're don't want to farm the RNG to leveling your ring in your alts, just do the invasion World Quest and the Storm World Quest, it will unleash the quests do get more Raw Singing Citrine

Just attempted to level my Cyrce's Circlet on an alt from 645 to 658. However, with the Useless and Empty Siren Isle having no population except Rares, NPCs, and Mobs to kill. it is nearly impossible to get it to 658. Suuuuper pointless for Alts since theres no Catch up. Rares that spawn do not drop any of the Singing Citrines Either. my ring has all the gems from my main's unlock since the gems are Warbound.

ON ALTS: How to get all the Raw Singing Citrines to get your Cyrce's Circlet to ilvl 658?
I was struggling a lot to get the ring maxed on all my alt characters, but I finally figured it out.
A) You could go and kill rares untill you get enough drops, but if ur unlucky and have 8 characters like me this takes a while...
B) You can redo the short catch-up questline (Noted under "Reward from" on this page) - However, I didn't see these quests on my alts at first. You have to complete the World Quest with the objective "Complete activities on the Siren Isle" first, then you will be able to start the small catch-up questline (starting with Juicing Up and Storming Out) to get all the Raw Singing Citrines.

Don't sell this item Raw Singing Citrine to NPC or destroy.

When I finished the quest Cyrce Would Be So Proud I sold it. I killed more than 100 rare mobs and can't get this item again.

Now my Cyrce's Circlet is only ilvls 658 and could not be upgraded to ilvls 658.

It does not appear on the item restoration page, report to GM also cannot restore it.

If you're doing this on an alt:

- Grab the quest in Dornogal citadel to get over to the island.

- Speak to the goblin on the airship, get to the island and then tell the quest dwarven lad that you've heard it all before and skip the lengthy quest.

-Pick up the quests that offer the Raw Singing Citrine as a reward, there will only be one or two.

-At some point you'll not have one of these quests available, you need to complete the "world event" quest where you fill up the bar. The blue quests do count for this so do those and get it out of the way. Then you need to pop into the storm and get into the mech, then get out - grab the nuclear control and set it off, that should clear the storm quest (make sure you have some Flame Blessed Iron, you can transfer from other alts as you'll need that to clear the quest).

-Head back out of the storm and hand in the quest.

- You should now have access to the rest of the yellow exclamation mark quests with the Singing Citrine. I think there are three from here and you're sorted with a maxxed out ring.

*Remember, check what gems you need for the ring, you might have some in your bank or bags. If you've had the gems drop before, you can buy them from vendors but only on the character that had them drop, so pop over there, buy it and send to the alt. The gem vendors are Talijora (Tortollan - west of the quest area), Angorla (Earthern - overlooking the command table area), Apprentice Tanmar (Kul Tiran - overlooking the command table area), Didi the Wrench (Goblin - overlooking the command table area, she gives the last quest for the Raw Singing Citrine).
