the first week of expantion i got 1 out of 8 mythic dungeons and second week i got 0 out of 8 mythic dungeons
but my friend got 3 out of 8 mythic dungeons on week 2.
i can just say wtf blizzard? this game is broken
also the gear drop system from mythic dungeon bosses is so lame,i got 5 items only from all the mythic dungeons but i see people or friends got even 10
i dont understand their system

This is required for my main to improve their gear at all. I have never done a dungeon, but somehow have one of these. No clue how though.

My comment didn't go trough, does it only drop from mythic 0 and not as end loot from m+ keys?

I have lots of these on my main, and my main can create weapons, so I thought I'd be slick and submit a crafting order from my alt to my main, and just slap one of these on it. After all, my main has absolutely no use for these anymore. Unfortunately, only the person submitting the order can add these to a crafted item, so that won't work. Not sure what to do with these now, maybe I'll bank them and have a dragon's hoard!

Blizzard's stated intention for these items is to enable a character already running that level of content to fill out a few missing slots, on the grounds that alts NOT running that level of content don't "need" that level of gear.

I'm not entirely convinced. There's plenty of players that would like to change their main, or just simply enjoy playing multiple characters, but, this late in the season, gearing a new character up through M+ takes a lot of time and effort, given the already much-reduced levels of loot since BfA days.

The only alternative gear-up path for alts you don't run dungeons with (and there are still plenty of classes/specs that find it hard, if not impossible, to get invited to Keys) is the Storms gear. Join a group and mindlessly farm elemental storms for a time-limited amount of currency. Not the most exciting of activities. Or hoping to see a rare before it's nuked into the ground and that it will actually drop the one useful item off it's loot table.

A game is meant to be fun to play, either solo or with friends. Sometimes I think that the Blizzard designers forget this.

By the time you get one of these it's pretty much useless, considering the item you craft becomes soulbound...

This kind of made me laugh. I was looking at it on the surface, epic item, level IV, must be a big deal. Then I looked at it and saw it just goes up to 385.

It's not useless, it helps you with alts and slots you haven't got something or crafted something. Basically it allows you to submit an order for a low level crafted item like Pioneer's Practiced Cowl and upgrade it to 382 (and you can augment the Order however else you want). Because this low level gear isn't a big deal to make it shouldn't take a lot of gold to deck it out as well as you can and not a big tip to craft. If you aren't doing end content or just have a lot of alts with bad gear, it's kind of an easy fix to that.

Definitely not a big deal though.

To use the item:

Find a crafter who knows, the blue patterns and can craft at Quality 5 (either someone in your guild via the Roster Chat and changing the drop-down from Achievement Points to Profession, or via Trade Chat, or looking on wowcraftingorders.com or Blizzard Forums for your Region)
Go to the Craft Order Station in Valdrakken or Fork River
If you already have the item: click on Start Recrafting Order (note that you will "lose" the item whilst it is being recrafted, so make sure the crafter is online, or you will be offline until completed/expired!); click on the + sign and click on the item you want to recraft
If you don't have the item: search for it or use the menu on the left to select the category and click search; click on the item you want crafted
Click on "Track Recipe" in the top right to create a list of materials you need to obtain or purchase from the Auction House (there is one in Valdrakken, a guard can direct you to it). The Profession list appears under your quest/Achievement list.
BoP materials, including the Training Matrix, must always be supplied by the purchaser (so, no, you can't use your main's Matrix for an alt).
Draconic Missive of the... to specify the stats of the item, must be supplied by the purchaser.
Though it's not necessary to buy all the commodity materials for Personal or Guild Orders, it simplifies the process and you can guarantee the materials quality (Quality 2/3 materials usually result in a higher quality item).
You must supply all the materials for a Public Order, but cannot specify the quality - it's intended for First crafts where quality is less important/you want to find a crafter who has the recipe.
Remember to pick up the items from the mail (the number of times I've forgotten to do this step...!)
Find the order and select the: Optional Reagents; type of order (Public/Personal/Guild); Minimum Quality (for Personal/Public orders); Add a note e.g. "let me know via /w if you need to discuss quality/commission. I'll be online until 10pm today"; Commission to cover the crafter's materials and skill (they may use some of their own BoP materials such as an Illustrious Insight, and they've spent valuable game-time skilling up in this craft) - click on the icon next to it to view the commission used for similar orders; order duration.
Click on Place Order and wait for crafter to complete.

Completed/expired orders will be delivered via the in-game mail.

Does anybody know if they nerfed this item? Was gearing an alt and the Titan III i was eyeing turned into just some primal chaos instead of the Titan IV I was hoping for.
