Valdrakken: Why isn't this sold by Gohfyrr (35, 68), the Inscription supplier right next to the Inscription Trainer? I have to fly all the way to the opposite end of the city (60, 17) to get vials. Not practical at all.

The pins for The Waking Shore is a dragonoid who pats the area. Kskeiton. /way 60.17 71.74 Kskeiton.
It's the approximate midpoint of his, "patrol," between the Alchemy station, and the Blacksmithing/ Engineering supply vendor.
