Also drops from Mire Runestag in Ardenweald although the drop rate is only about a 20% chance.

But you will probably are looking because of leveling cooking.

As you will probably need I will list you here all kind of meat in shadowlands

Aethereal meat Aethereal Meat (many mobs can drop this but mostly from Larions (mid lion mid hawk) Larion or Gildfur Roamer in Bastion map)

Raw seraphic wing Raw Seraphic Wing (mostly from flying creatures like wind serpents Languishing Etherwyrm in Bastion map)

Tenebrous ribs Tenebrous Ribs ( mostly from Boars Predatory Bloodtusk or Scavenging Bonetusk in Maldraxus map). Can drop from horse creatures in another maps but with a low %.

Phantasmal haunch Phantasmal Haunch (mostly from Carapid Gorms Bloated Gorm in Aderwealth map at north-east and also Carapids Spinemaw Gorger inside Mist of Tirna Scithe dungeon)

Shadowy shank Shadowy Shank (mostly from Carapid Gorms Gorm Ravener in Aderwealth map and/ or from Spinemaw Gorger inside Mist of Tirna Scithe dungeon). This meat has worst droprate than others.

Creeping Crawler meat Creeping Crawler Meat (mostly from wasps Gorged Decayfly in Anderweald map or Fetid Hornet in maldraxus some)

The order you will need that kinds of meat is the order as you gonna level up your first character; Bastion, Maldraxus, Anderwealth, Revendreth. So take a time in each map while you level up to farm some of those items.

If you're looking for a good place to farm both crawler meat and tenebrous ribs for Tenebrous Crown Roach Aspic, you should farm the Fetid Hornets and Zombified Ashen Wasps around 58, 43 in Maldraxxus which drop Creeping Crawler Meat, because all the boars in the same area (Scavenging Bonetusk, Predatory Bloodtusks, Bloodtusk Alpha and Tufted Bonesnout), drop Tenebrous Ribs.

As of yesterday, on multiple realms, testing from multiple locations and computers, completely resetting the game, all meat including Tenebrous Ribs, Creeping Crawler meat and others, are not purchasable through the AH. they show sell amounts in silvers in the buy list and clicking on anything to buy shows item no longer available, even though it's indicated there should be over 2000 on the AH. This is most certainly a blizzard bug they have not resolved yet.

The drop rate on these sucks. Killing Scavenging Bonetusk, Predatory Bloodtusks, Bloodtusk Alpha and Tufted Bonesnout over an hour in Maldraxxus yielded 14 Tenebrous Ribs, 3 Shadowy shank in 1 hour. If this is the meat required for purchase of Comfortable Saddle Blanket in your quest for Blanchy's reigns, wait another day. Or waste a bunch of gold buying them. Based on the hour to get 14, you'll spend two hours to get enough.

You don't have to go to Maldraxxus to get the ribs, just outside Haven you can farm the ribs from the Vombatas and the mawtouched animates(aka Lupin animates) the ones that look like the lupin wolfs nearby.

Tho, I'm really not sure which method could be faster..
