Offer insights? What could this possibly mean? We can already whisper that person. I take it that this is a "Mind Vision" for non-priests. That's awesome! :D

Okay, I have finally collected this item and figured out what it does. It is essentially a priest's mind vision that lasts for 1 minute on a 30 minute cooldown. While channeling it, you can also press a button in the middle of your screen that whispers them random pre-detrermined messages such as:

"A fresh set of eyes... just what I needed."

"Some demons enjoy standing in the fire... you should try it sometime."

"Don't stop what you're doing on my account. I'll be right here.

"Did you mean to do that?"

"Oh finally, something worth watching. Go on then, entertain me."

Honestly, I don't think it's worth the farming. I would save your eyes for a potential future mount if they ever decide to add one to the vendor.

This item is purchased from Orix the All-Seer for 1,000 Intact Demon Eyes.

You cannot loot Intact Demon Eyes until you recieve a buff from a shrine of sorts, called All-Seer's Focus.
You'll recieve Agent of the All-Seer buff for 60-minutes, that will allow you to loot the eyes.
Warning: You will sacrifice 90% of your maximum HP when activating it, so make sure you are at Full health. You will take double damage from enemies.

Intact Demon Eyes are farmed from demons in the Antoran Wastes, this includes the Putrid Engineer, that are abundant, and easy to kill.

This toy only works on player chars, not npcs. Works on player chars of the other faction as well.

I suddenly was dismounted, and had this toy's debuff on me.

Thankfully I wasn't too high up, but it was still a bit frightening.

Easy Solo for Battle for Azeroth Level 120 and Beyond...

1. Head to 60.0, 45.3 in the Antoran Wastes, a little cave by the fel river.

2. Here is where Orix the Seer resides, he possesses the toy and the pet that you so desire. They are 1000 sightless eyes each.

3. Make sure your health is full and use the All-Seer's Focus that is in this cave.

4. Wait for your health to get back to full, or heal up, and then exit the cave.

5. Head North, to 61, 22. These little guys respawn crazy quick. Sometimes they won't drop anything, other times they drop lots.

6. Took me a few hours to get 1000. Turn on some YouTube in the background (I did D&A Lady Prank Calls) and the time flew by so quickly.

This is the greatest item ever put into WOW. It's got super long distance and is an almost insta-dismount (click the toy, then as soon as you click the button on your screen, it dismounts the other player.) Amazing toy for CTAs/world PVP or just plain trolling other players. If you found yourself here on this page cuz someone killed you.../wave.

Only con is the 30 min cooldown, but its much too powerful an item for it to be on a short cooldown. Will also work on your faction.... so that one annoying guy that's always talking in trade...

Pro tip, don't waste it on mages, pallys, DH's, priests, warriors. If they're aware enough, they'll iceblock, bubble, float, heroic leap to get out of it (although any class could just use a glider). Best classes to use against are DK's shamans, hunters, rogues, warlocks.

I don't play my monk enough to know if they have anything to get out of falling damage.

Never waste it on a druid. It won't break flight form and you'll just get a 30 min CD for nothing.

Edit: As other commenter's have mentioned. This item no longer works (10.07)... fun was detected.

There's a lot of information missing here. Or maybe it's obvious to other people, it wasn't to me:

You get the buff Agent of the All-Seer. This turns you into a demon and makes you an enemy to the npc's in our faction.
So don't do like I did and use your flying whistle because it will transport you outside of a base and the npc's will aggro on you. I was stuck in combat for a long time after that.
You can only get eyes from Demons and some Demons seem to drop a lot more than others. I farmed Filthy Assistant, they had a very good drop rate and a crazy good respawn rate. There was only about 10 of them at one time, but they respawn super fast. Weirdly the elite demons didn't seem to give more, it's just more Blizz rng.
The Filthy Assistant also count towards ...And Chew Mana Buns
You can only get the eyes from Demons in Antoran Wastes. Which is probably good because you can't use the transporters anyway since you're an enemy with the buff.
If you're like me and collecting toys and pets you're going to need 2500 eyes. For Observer's Locus Resonator (needed to get Sightless Eye), All-Seer's Eye and Cross Gazer

Alrighty so I just did a loop following someone's advice regarding the Fiflthy Assistant and I've noticed a few things, none of them particularly important but relatively interesting. First, the loop I did was from /way 62, 23 to /way 59, 23 and there are around 8-10 of these demons in this area. If you simply kill 1 demon and wait for it to respawn it takes around 2-3 minutes for that individual to respawn, however, if you kill all the demons in that area 1-3 will immediately respawn. Doing the loop takes around 20 seconds without any movement powers, and you can kill 8-10 demons in every loop. This effectively makes the respawn timer to be around seconds when running the loop, so you can endless farm them without ever running out.

Second, the buff that allows you to collect the eyes no longer makes you hostile to all players. Also dying and logging out will remove the buff so be careful. During my 1hr rampage, I killed around 950 demons based on the achievements I got, the toon was relatively fresh to the area so didn't have any prior demon-slaying achievements. From those 950 demons, I looted the following items:
Intact Demon Eye x 409
Sticky Volatile Substance x 696
Ashen Ring x 44
Orphaned Krokul Doll x 1
Gruesome Windchime x 1
Congealed Felblood x 223
Fel-Scorched Portal Crystal
Worn Hooked Claw x 2
Otherworldy Trophy x 1
Unattuned Portal Stones x 1
Total gold from loot: 1162g 16s 5c

With that in mind, we can assume the drop rate is somewhere around 40-43%, since we need 1000 eyes for the toy you can expect to spend around 2.5 hrs to get all the eyes depending on your rng. Also, the eye at vendor (/way 60, 45) is always up. Good luck and happy grinding everyone! Oh, also I recommend making yourself a simple macro to speed up the farming. I used:

/target Filthy Assistant
/cast Azure Strike (you can replace this with any other instant cast 0 cooldown spells)

Update: It took me 2hrs and 14 minutes to get 1003 eyes, after killing 2328 demons, so the drop rate is def around the 43% mark.
