Mastery the best stat by far? Only put it on one piece. Sure, why not. Who doesn't love vers being on 3 of 5 of the pieces? FFS

While amazing in Mythic+, in practice you seem to be worse off in single target raid encounters by a large margin. I'm personally using at least 2 set from vault of the incarnates for additional maelstrom generation.
