Grancalzari del Magus d'Argento is dropped by Anub'arak in both 25N and 25H Trial of the Crusader, though the drop rate is significantly better in H, at 27% vs 6% in N.

Or Calzature della Banchisa Ghiacciata can be used. They drop in both 10N and 10H Trial of the Crusader from the Cassa dei Campioni. 6% in N and 8% in H.

Cintura di Urlogelido is dropped by Urlogelido in 10N and 10H Trial of the Crusader. Drop rate is 8% in N and 9% in H...so roughly the same.

I know wrists are mentioned above, but since they are covered by your gloves, imho...why bother transmogging those (legs too, are covered by your robe...) unless you want to just have everything complete.

Matching cloak possibilities: Cappa dello Squalo Demoniaco (maybe a little too blue, but it was a close match), or Mantello dell'Assassino della Volta d'Ombra (I liked this one a bit better...), or lastly Mantello del Rancore Concentrato (a little "busy" looking, I thought, but it still seemed to match).

Another good cape for this set is Pepe's Shroud of Pacification (Zone Drop in Mount Hyjal)
