I have been wracking my brain trying to figure out how in the world you obtain this plate set. I have tried searching for hours here on Wowhead and came up with no answers, I've tried googling and still nothing, I even broke down and attempted to find videos on youtube that might explain how to get this set.. still nothing. I have looked all over in WoW it's self.. even the emissary vendors don't sell this set. Can someone.. ANYONE.. please tell me how to obtain this armor set? I need this in my life.. I want it desperately. Any information on how to obtain this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance if anyone takes the time out to let me know. Cheers!

If you want a less flashy belt, Cinturone della Verità Insostenibile is absolutely perfect for this set. It also allows the bottom part of your tabard to be visible, which is hidden by the original set belt.

I farmed the Arathi warfront for several hours to collect this set. When I finally got the shoulders to drop, they were the shoulders from the Warfronts Alliance Plate set instead of the shoulders shown in this set.

Does anybody know if there's a way to collect the shoulders from this set outside of having to get lucky with the Doom's Howl world boss or Arathi rares?

This is the set that shows up in your Appearances tab. This particular set can only be completed by getting pieces of gear off of the rare mobs out in Arathi, doing World Quests in Arathi, and Emissaries. Actual Arathi Warfront Scenario, Assaults, and Weekly Quests do NOT count towards this set appearance even though the items have the same name.
