This quest line seems to heavily imply how the player helps the Trolls' uprising from the Horde. And given the Battlefield end quests follow in this manner:
Gather supplies-Kill troops-Probably kill event bosses,
then at some point they will be rewarded with the Darkspear Rebellion Feats of Strength, like how Zalazane's Fall and Operation: Gnomeregan did pre-Shattering, especially since this World event won't be around for long.

Let me suggest that if you have done your Follia estrema, you should probably do something about your rep with Ratchet before taking the portal there. There are about 4 bruisers standing around the exit portal waiting to do a little butt kicking.

Ok, Im so glad we know that if you were dumb enough to hated with ratchet you will die. However, where is the gnome ?

It should be noted that if you are hated with ratchet, it's just easier to hit up a friendly neighborhood mage and ask for a port to theramore and fly there.

Battlefield: Barrens

Alliance players that are hostile with the Steamwheedle Cartel should no longer be immediately attacked by Ratchet Bruisers when teleporting into Ratchet from Shrine of Seven Stars.
