Shaman Datamined Spell Changes and Talent Tree Speculation in Dragonflight Alpha

The Dragonflight Alpha is now here and we've datamined some changes to the base Shaman toolkit. In addition, we've datamined many many new Shaman spells which look like they are part of the unannounced Dragonflight Talent Tree! Is the old fan favourite Gust of Wind returning?
Intro and Disclaimers
In datamining the first Dragonflight Alpha build, we've discovered many spells that have a "Requires Shaman" tooltip. We believe that these are spells that will be on the Dragonflight Shaman Talent Tree as many are spells from previous expansions that have been recreated. The first section goes through these
New Shaman Spells
, and since this is datamining, some of these spells may be outdated, may be updated or flat out removed in the future. It's likely that some of these will not be Talents. We've tried our best to classify these into the General Class Tree and a Spec specific tree, but some are ambiguous and we've tried our best.
The second section goes through base changes through old spells such as base abilities and Azerite Traits. Some of the base ability changes could be offset by the Talent Tree, so don't freak out yet! In addition, any old datamined abilities that have received updates could also be returning talents as well because they've received changes in Dragonflight.
While we don't know for sure, hopefully experience a taste of what could be on the Dragonflight Shaman Tree!

Let's just make this it's own category because it's one of the most popular suggestions for abilities to return. One of the New Shaman spells in the Dragonflight Alpha is the following:

Many of the base changes are likely offset by talents in the Dragonflight Talent Tree. As we don't know what the Talent Tree looks like yet, don't freak out if it looks like a nerf -- just use it a teaser for when the Shaman Talent Trees are revealed.
