- My Battle for Azeroth purchase was charged back and my boosted character locked, I purchased the expansion again but I cannot unlock my locked character
If you have an active chargeback on a character you boosted for free with an expansion upgrade, the affected character will appear locked. To unlock your character, purchase the expansion again, or purchase a new boost.
After your payment is complete, click the lock next to your character and apply your new boost to it. This will unlock your character. If you receive an error, contact us.
