Can confirm, dropped in tier 1 heavy trunk Nightfall Sanctum Hallowfall Dark Ritual delve

Finally!

After approximately 40-50 runs of Nightfall Sanctum (see my comment on the Torchbearer's Haversack, if you're interested), I've obtained this.
Things I'll note that I don't necessarily believe to be relevant to obtaining the item, as I truly think it's just pure luck whether or not you obtain a cosmetic from a delve, but were true when I looted the item.

It was the first delve I ran that day (9/5/24).

The version of Nightfall Sanctum was "Kyron's Assault"

The delve was "Bountiful" (though I did not receive the item from the bountiful cache).

I looted as many mementos along the way that I could find (there was a period of time where I stopped looting them altogether for about 20 runs since my Brann hit the pre-season level cap of 15, so all I stood to gain from them was about 5 gold or so, but I began to suspect that looting more/killing the rare in any given dungeon gave better loot at the end, as a majority of my runs when not looting gave grey items or greens to disenchant. The ones I was running where I was actively looting felt like I was getting more patterns/tinderboxes/etc. This is PURELY THEORY and I wouldn't recommend anyone use this as an actual strategy, as I have an incredibly small sample size to base any sort of information off of, but I'd like to see what other people have experienced when getting ahold of this).

I wasn't hit by avoidable damage, and used kick on cooldown. I tried to completely as quickly (and as completely) as possible, in the event that completion time played some factor (there's almost no way it does).

I killed the rare in the dungeon that was active (Reno and a paladin-version of his murloc companion)

I am level 80. (I know for a fact that cosmetics from delves can be looted at sub-max level, as a priest friend of mine looted hers from her first run in the introductory delve that you're given a quest for when first getting to the Isle of Dorn).

Again - I wish you all happy hunting! I encourage anyone/everyone to throw their tinfoil hats on with me, and just try to keep track of what went on in your run when you do get a cosmetic, as it would be helpful for the community of players who have yet to obtain them and are looking for best practices to target farm the items (if there even is a "best practice").

Managed to get it from Earthcrawl Mines on tier 10, so it doesn't only drop from Nightfall Sanctum. It was not a bountiful delve either.
