Each difficulty has its own Timewarped Relic Coffer Key drop:
Raid Finder drops

Each main boss from Blackrock Depths drops

120 Timewarped Relic Coffer Keys
total per difficulty.
Each piece of loot costs
40 Relic Keys
each, for a total of 3 items per difficulty from the Relic Coffer Vendors.
Loot from Blackrock Depths can be purchased from Relic Vendors in front of the Dark Iron Mole Machine by the celebration area in Tanaris.
