Bob for Apples with a Hallow's End Mask - 50 Points
Several masks can be obtained during Hallow's End, while Apple Bobs can be found inside of Inns.
Defeat the Headless Horseman with All 4 Wicker Men Curses - 100 Points
As part of the updated version of Hallow's End, the
encounter has been refreshed
to include these new curses. Completing this task will also reward the achievement

Repeatedly Defeat the Headless Horseman - 100 Points
Requires defeating the Headless Horseman 5 times.
Visiting Candy Buckets - 150 Points
Like Apple Bobs, Candy Buckets can be found in Inns during the Hallow's End festival. There are three tasks related to visiting Candy Buckets this month - they all require visiting only 5 buckets and they all reward 50 points each. You'll want to visit 5 buckets in Pandaria, 5 in the Dragon Isles, and 5 in War Mode. Combine either of the first two with War Mode and you'll only need to visit 10 buckets in all!
Complete 1 & 5 Hallow's End Daily Quests - 100 & 150 Points for a total of 250 Points
