Catch Up Gear in Patch 7.3 - Relinquished Tokens and Veiled Argunite

Patch 7.3 has many notable catch-up mechanisms, including Artifact Knolwedge, and the
recent 7.3 Q&A
described yet another catch-up system: new ilvl 910 Relinquished Tokens.
Players can purchase
Relinquished Tokens
from
Thaumaturge Vashreen
--he's packed up and left the Broken Isles for good. He's now located in the basement of the Vindicaar--your base of operations in Argus for Patch 7.3.
My people lost their world to the void years ago and were scattered to the winds. I have a feeling some old friends are soon to show their faces on Argus.
Not literally of course.
7.3 Relinquished Tokens
are an improvement over 7.2 Relinquished tokens. The item level is substantially higher, plus you can purchase a token for a specific relic type!
Each token costs 650
Argunite voilée
, a new currency found through many activities on Argus. Some ways to acquire this currency is:
75 from the Weekly Argus Invasion quest

300 from clearing the new dungeon

500 from the Weekly quest to kill rares on Argus

Defeating rare spawns or opening treasure chests.

As for Nethershards? You can still spend them on fun items sold by
Mage de guerre Kath'leen
like

, but they won't be used to purchase gear in Patch 7.3. Nethershards won't be converted into
Argunite voilée
either, so there is no reason to stock up on Nethershards when the Patch hits.
There is a new version of Dauntless Tokens as well;
Unsullied Tokens
which create ilvl 880 gear. These will likely drop around Argus, similar to Dauntless Tokens on the Broken Shore. There are four weekly quests which reward a choice of trinket, legs, or cloak:
