The cards to make the deck are from random world drops and fishing. In The War Within you can not make the cards from inscription.

After 400 kills in the beta I got 6 random cards. Its a very small sample size but looks like you can get 1-2 cards from a random kill.
If you have the inscription specialization maxed out for the Cachet de Sombrelune : Sublimation you get an extra 50% chance to get more cards. If all 4 Sigils are maxed out you get a 200% chance.

The cards that i got are as follows:
1x Cinq de Vivacité
2x As de Vivacité
1x Sept de Symbiose
1x Six de Symbiose
1x Cinq de Symbiose

dont know if it was a bug but I was able to buy several of these for alts at AH and equip at L70. At AH they're still listed as L70, but I found out the hard way to double check because the last one I bought was really L80. And there are no L70s.

It says "Requires Level 70" but on my bag says "Required level 80". God dammit!

Thank you blizzard..thank you in my and name of all us who did buy this trinket at lvl 70 for alts and spent thousants of thousants gold just to you change it from lvl 70 to 80 AFTER 3 DAY (That's exactly how long it takes to play with epic expansion).. and ty for all of us who didnt give you extra 30 euros so you can let these pre order bois take all poslible privileges.
