Chain Lightning – now jumps to 4 targets but does less damage. We wanted to make the distinction between Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning more clear.
Storm, Earth and Fire – this talent now increases all damage done by Flame Shock, not just periodic damage.
Spirit Weapons – now reduces all threat, not just melee threat.
Unleashed Rage – reduced to 2 ranks, now also increases your critical strike chance with melee attacks by 1/2%.
Totem streamlining: The Mana Spring and Healing Stream Totems have been combined. The Disease Cleansing and Poison Cleansing Totems have been combined.
We are also working on giving Enhancement and Elemental more PvP utility.

I'm liking how Unleashed Rage is looking. Also looking forward to having more PvP viability and the merging of totems. Less memorization on what totem is hotkeyed where. =D

I like the change to Chain Lightning. Gives a more clear focus on the fact that it should be used to AoE-packs, and makes it more obvious, that it's less worth it to pull out as Single Target-DPS.

I had the Chain Lightning extra jump glyph for a while, but ended up getting rid of it because I'd always pull aggro on the 4th mob. I hope this doesn't become a problem again.
And it also begs the question, what happens to the glyph? Will that get a damage buff instead perhaps?

, i guess the current effect (atk power bonus) will remain. From 2/4/6/8/10 to 5/10... cool =)
About the melee crit chance... is it raid-wide? or a self buff?
In the case of bein a self buff... is it added to the effect or to the talent itself? I mean, gettin the talent will instantly give you the crit bonus, or you got to actually proc it to get the bonus?
Will we still complain about that

In the case of bein a self buff... is it added to the effect or to the talent itself? I mean, gettin the talent will instantly give you the crit bonus, or you got to actually proc it to get the bonus?
It should be a passive bonus to you, and only you. The reason is most likely that you gain something yourself, instead of "just" giving your group and you a buff that others can give too.

These changes may just get me to bring my Shaman out of retirement. The merging of Healing and Mana Stream totems and Poison and Disease Cleansing totems is nothing short of fantastic and definitely increases utility and benefit to the group.
A bigger CL AoE is great too and across the board threat reduction is brilliant.
Not sure what they'll do for PVP utility for Elemental and Enhancement, that will be interesting to see how it pans out. Whenever I tried to do PVP with my Elemental build I just wound up healing since that seemed more beneficial but they were still crap heals so it was a weak situation to be in.
