In today's Patch 10.2.7 PTR, we've datamined new spells that indicate the return of raid buff scrolls including
Toque místico
and
Marca del caos
for Timerunning Pandaria: Remix.
In previous expansions, raid buff scrolls allowed players to partially fill holes in compositions which was especially helpful in 10-man raiding and dungeon content where the number of players was limited. Perhaps these raid buff scrolls are returning because Timerunning raids might allow for smaller raid groups?

For 1 hour, your damage brands the target, increasing magic damage taken by 4%.
NEW
Increases Haste by 15% for all party and raid members. Lasts 40 sec.
Allies receiving this effect will become Exhausted and be unable to benefit from Bloodlust, Heroism, or similar effects again for 10 min.
