Crafting Orders Currently Bugged - Orders with Supplied Reagents Cannot Complete

Crafters may have run into a bit of an issue while trying to fill orders this morning - it seems that Crafting Orders of all types are currently bugged.
The issue seems to stem from the requestor providing reagents for their craft. Even if only one reagent is provided, the craft cannot be completed.
While the craft bar fills as normal, the Crafter will not actually be able to progress past the initial Craft screen - making them effectively "stuck", unable to complete the order. The current workaround for this is for the requestor to provide no materials at all, in which case it seems to function as expected - but provides its own set of problems, considering many Crafters don't have spare soulbound materials to use.
