Wowhead's Legion Beta Key Giveaway: Week 1
The Legion returns on August 30th: are you prepared? The fine folks at Blizzard Entertainment have graciously given Wowhead tons of Legion beta keys to give away and we want you to join in on the fun.
We have thousands of Legion beta keys to give away, spread out over many weeks! This week we have 400! Winners have now been emailed, please check the email used for Wowhead registration for your key.
Each week, enter to win a Legion beta key by completing in-game achievements, which we'll track here on Wowhead. We'll keep things interesting by picking new achievements each week.

Artifacts are powerful weapons
unique to each spec for the expansion. You can unlock traits that modify abilities, socket relics to increase the power of specific traits, and unlock new appearances and tints by completing different kinds of content. Our

answering basic questions.
Each class has a special
Order Hall

The concept of Challenge Mode dungeons gets a new spin in Legion. Players who complete a Mythic dungeon may earn a Mythic Keystone pointing to a random Legion dungeon, enabling access to progressively more challenging levels of difficulty, with commensurate rewards. These mobs in Mythic+ dungeons will get special challenging affixes, which then change your dungeon strategy!
Questing is improved in Legion
; each leveling zone dynamically scales to your level so you don't have to worry about outleveling them.

PvP is getting some major updates in Legion with PvP-specific abilities and a revamped Honor system that unlocks new ability choices as you progress through the system, as well as vanity Prestige rewards like mounts such as

The Nighthold 7.1 In-Game Cinematic (Spoilers Ahead)
The earlier Nighthold video has been removed at Blizzard's request. It went up a bit earlier than expected, and they are uploading a private version of that cinematic to their channels to reserve the content ID and limit other uploads. (They are
not
posting the cinematic asap, this is for future use.) We have taken our video down to comply with them and avoid automatic content ID notices. Thanks for understanding! There's lots of stuff to do with 7.1 out today,

Warlords Cinematic and Launch Date Coming August 14

Blizzard has posted a "Save the Date" for August 14, when they plan to launch the Warlords of Draenor Cinematic. The event is taking place in LA, early morning at 8.30am, presumably to allow the cinematic to also be shown at the Gamescom convention in Cologne.
This post also informs players that the Warlords of Draenor Launch Date will be announced.
