Restless Cabal encounter
, the first boss of Crucible of Storms.
The Restless Cabal is a single phase encounter in which the raid has the choice in which powerful Relic of Power to activate at which time. This encounter also brings back an old mechanic, the ranged DPS tank! One of the bosses must be tanked by someone at ranged.
