A new spell has officially been added to the dungeon journal for Mythic Kel'Thuzad in Patch 9.1.5, which refreshes cooldowns whenever you complete a Phylactery Phase! This will hopefully end the "Stop DPS" Meta that is the dominant strategy on the boss fight.

The most common strategy on Mythic Kel'Thuzad in Sanctum of Domination is to hold DPS until he's about to cast

in each phase. This makes each phase around a 2:50 cycle which works great for 3 minute DPS and healing cooldowns. As such, on farm, there's a lot of waiting around on this encounter, waiting for cooldowns to come up.
However, a new spell was previously datamined and now officially added to the Mythic Kel'Thuzad dungeon journal,

, which refreshes all cooldowns whenever you complete a cycle.

Category changed from Uncategorized to NPC Abilities
It's unclear which cooldowns exactly will reset since the wording changed from any "cooldowns over 2 minutes" to "major cooldowns". Is it going to include powerful Covenant abilities like
Santificazione Cinerea
or
Frenesia Vorace
? If all cooldowns are refreshed, then this will hopefully end the "Stop DPS" meta on the fight and you might get some hilarious moments for the final burn of the fight, with back to back powerful cooldowns.
