Class Specific Weapon and Armor Sets May Be Coming in Patch 10.1.7

Our updated database for Dragonflight Patch 10.1.7 PTR reveals some of the items associated with specialization specific weapons and class armor models discovered in Patch 10.1 and 10.1.7, suggesting these cosmetics may be coming to players soon!
During the Patch 10.1 PTR, we datamined several unique
weapons, shields, and offhand models for each specialization
. Although exciting, no associated items or sources were ever found, and so these findings were largely forgotten without appearing in-game.
The first round of Patch 10.1.7 PTR datamining has breathed new life into the discovery though, as we've found
class specific armor sets
matching all of those weapons found in Patch 10.1! What's more, we now have items to go along with them as well - finally giving them official names and confirming that the weapons and armor sets do indeed go together!

Although we didn't know to associate it with the weapons yet at the time, this Druid set was actually datamined at the same time back in Patch 10.1, under the name
Ceremonial Pantera
armor, leading to a humorous round of wild speculation. Now we know that it is meant to be a class set, though there may now be some complaints that it feels very Alliance and Feral Druid themed, in a way that might not fit as well for other specializations.
Interestingly, the armor set also appears in purple and blue variants, whereas the weapons seem to be either orange or green.

The Warlock items are especially interesting due to two odd entries unlike any of the other items discovered so far. Although it may just be an erroneous tag, the off-hand

The Warrior cosmetics stand out as unique due to appearing to have some race-specific flavor involved. The sword and shield combo feature heavy Worgen iconography, while the recently discovered two-handed sword has an equally clear Forsaken inspiration. It's not yet known what the third weapon will be, though we previously speculated that it may be this
Troll themed sword
discovered on the Patch 10.1 PTR. If so, it would be very interesting that Warriors - the original class available to all races in WoW - would feature three race-specific weapon appearances.

So far these are the only database items discovered, leaving several classes still incomplete. It's also interesting that each armor set found so far features only helmets, shoulders, and belts, suggesting that they may not actually be intended as full sets - these three items tend to have the most projected visuals, so that it may be a intentional design decision, though it will likely make matching some of these sets rather difficult.
