Better Days: begun by finding Vecchio Dipinto Sbiadito in the Dobrev Taiga area. Must complete Legacies of Light's Watch before it will drop.

Unwritten End: find the Registro del Mercante to begin this quest, only after Better Days has been turned in. Also found in the Dobrev Taiga area.

Righteous Idol: available only after completing Unwritten End as well as the Campaign (unless you've chosen the Campaign Skip, then it's available immediately). You'll be able to purchase the Cavaliere di Legno Intagliato from the Weapon Merchant in Yelesna - just turn it in and you're done!

Icebound Geode: Geode Glaciale can be found from mining around Yelesna after the Campaign has been completed (or at any time if the Campaign Skip has been activated).

Frostbloom: a tricky little drop, you'll want to pick herbs in the Pallid Glade until you find Fiordigelo.

Hungering Bone Cache: also found in the Pallid Glade, Cassa Ossea Vorace will drop off corpses.

Forgive Me: a pseudo-Dungeon quest, you'll need to enter Kor Dragan Barracks and kill the named elite Julek, Herald of Woe for the Nota Insanguinata.

Exorcist's Cache: the Cassa dell'Esorcista Sigillata drops off Ghosts and Skeletons in the Frigid Expanse.

Gory Display: Elite Khazra in the Frigid Expanse can drop Catena del Guerriero, which starts this quest.

Dry Steppes

Dust Daisy: similar to Fiordigelo, you can find the Margherita Polverosa by picking herbs in the Kotama Grasslands.

Strange Ore Sample: Campione di Minerale Strano can be found by mining in the Tusmaa rift.

Tarnished Amulet: you'll want to farm Cannibals in the Untamed Scarps for Amuleto Opaco.

Sealed Oxen Tribe Cache: Cassa della Tribù dei Buoi Sigillata will drop from Fallen in the Khargai Crags.

Scosglen

Braega's Chronicles: you'll find Storia di Scosglen on Khazra enemies near Firebreak Estate after progressing the Scosglen Campaign.

Warded Sailor's Vessel: Ricettacolo del Marinaio Protetto will drop from Drowned on the North Shore.

Ravenous Predator's Offering: corpses in the Wailing Hills can drop Offerta del Predatore Famelico.

Message in a Bottle: this odd side quest can be tricky to find - it's completely unmarked. You'll want to search the coast of Scosglen between Corbach and the Mariner's Refuge Dungeon for a pack that has been washed ashore; clicking it as you would any other lootable rewards you with the quest instead.

The Wrong Hands: this can be tricky to find; you'll need to open quite a lot of chests in the Shrouded Moors and the Highland Wilds to find Statua Distrutta.

A Different Beast: available after completing The Wrong Hands, Totem Rotto can be found from looting bodies (many bodies) in Eastern Scosglen.

A Broken Bear: Totem di Orso Rotto can be farmed off bears in Scosglen once A Different Beast has been completed.

Hawezar

Gem-Laden Geode: like the Geode Glaciale and Campione di Minerale Strano before it, the Geode Ricco di Gemme can be found by mining in Hawezar.

Budding Crimson Thorn: another herb drop, Spina Cremisi Germogliante can be found while, you guessed it, picking herbs.

Timeworn Timue Doll: you'll want to search Loose Stones on the Forsaken Coast for Bambola di Timue Logora.

Curious Venom: Veleno Strano drops off snake enemies in the Writhing Mire.

Chained Zakarum Repository: corpses in the Dismal Foothills can sometimes drop Archivio Incatenato di Zakarum for you.

Rusted Dagger: Pugnale Arrugginito can be found by following the ghostly, pointing children near the Tree of Whispers. Eventually the children will point you to a body; loot it for this quest.

Hungering Necrolyte's Cache: corpses in the Toxic Fens can drop Cassa dei Necroliti Vorace, which admittedly may take a while to obtain.

Kingsport Ale: Rotspill Delta treasure chests can contain Birra di Porto del Re after completing Lyndon's quest chain in Backwater.

Forgotten Crossbow: after turning in the Kingsport Ale, return to the Rotspill Delta and loot corpses until you find Balestra Dimenticata.

Thieves Guild Emblem: Emblema della Gilda dei Ladri can be purchased from the Jeweler in Zarbinzet after turning in the Balestra Dimenticata to Lyndon.

Kehjistan

Sealed Khazra Offering: Khazra in the Southern Expanse will sometimes drop Offerta dei Khazra Sigillata.

Ravenous Necrolyte's Cache: occasionally Cassa dei Necroliti Famelica can be found on Cultists in the Scouring Sands.

Unusual Ore: found while mining in Kehjistan, Minerale Insolito is the last of the mining quest items.

Iron Wolf Armor: Armatura del Lupo di Ferro can be dropped by enemies in Caldeum.

Iron Wolf Sword: Spada del Lupo di Ferro can be dropped by enemies in Caldeum.

Battered Shipment: enemies in the Southern Expanse can drop Pacchetto Malconcio.

Spotted Mushroom: another herbing quest, Amanita Muscaria can be found anywhere in the zone.

Waterstained Letter: the Ragged Coastline is where you'll want to search for Lettera Macchiata dall'Acqua; check chests and other lootables.

Old Journal: Vecchio Diario can only drop from Treasure Goblins in Kehjistan - good luck!

Crumpled Note: inside the Dungeon Prison of Caldeum, tortured prisoners can drop Nota accartocciata, beginning this quest.
