WHAT PRODUCTS QUALIFY FOR IN-GAME REWARDS?
All sandwiches on KFC.com or the KFC app qualify for Diablo in-game cosmetic transmog rewards. All flags with a Diablo IV rewards flag on KFC’s ordering platforms will unlock in-game cosmetic transmog rewards. Qualifying products include: KFC Chicken Sandwich, KFC Chicken Sandwich Combo, KFC Spicy Chicken Sandwich, KFC Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo, KFC Sandwich (Classic or Spicy) + Nuggets Big Box.
CAN I ORDER 4 SANDWICHES AT ONCE TO GET ALL REWARDS?
No, rewards are unlocked for each purchase including a qualifying item. You will need to make four separate purchases containing a qualifying product and connect your KFC/Battle.net accounts to unlock all 5 cosmetic transmog rewards.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO MAKE MY PURCHASE BY?
Purchases made between 5/29/2023 and 7/2/2023 will qualify for in-game rewards. Note – rewards can be unlocked starting 5/30 but purchases of qualifying items on KFC.com or the KFC app on 5/29 will qualify for the in-game cosmetic transmog reward.

WHAT IF I DIDN’T GET A QR CODE WITH MY SANDWICH?
No problem, you can still unlock your first reward by visiting KFC.com/Diablo and following the instructions there.
DO IN-STORE PURCHASES QUALIFY FOR IN-GAME REWARDS?
No. Your first reward can be unlocked by creating a KFC account and syncing it to your bettle.net account. Only online purchases made through your KFC account on KFC.com or the KFC App are valid for rewards 2-5. Items will automatically be unlocked in your account once a qualifying purchase is made.
HOW DO I GET MY REWARDS IN-GAME?
Connect your Battle.net account. When you click Redeem, your new cosmetic transmog reward will populate directly into your Wardrobe in the Diablo IV game. Once you acquire an item of its type, your new cosmetic transmog can be applied. For example, you need a polearm to apply the polearm transmog.
DO I NEED TO SCAN THE QR CODE EACH TIME?
No. Your first reward can be unlocked by creating and syncing a KFC account and a battle.net account. Subsequent rewards are unlocked through qualifying purchases made through your KFC account on KFC.com or the KFC App.

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE KFC ACCOUNT?
You can only have one KFC account per email address.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
Once an order has been confirmed by the restaurant it can no longer be cancelled.
