With the release of Diablo 4's Patch 1.1.0 comes a buff to the Greed Shrine. The Greed Shrine was often discussed due to its effect being underwhelming, which lead to the community requesting it to be changed.

Adjusted the scaling of the Greed Shrine to improve its effectiveness throughout the game.
As an example, level 95 monsters in the open world on World Tier 4 will drop piles of gold anywhere from around 1,200 to 2,600 Gold with the Greed Shrine active.
