Patch 8.1.5 Hotfixes for April 9 - Mythic Jaina Nerfs

The Hall of Fame on both factions is now full and Blizzard has released a set of hotfixes that nerfs the Mythic Jaina encounter in Battle of Dazar'alor.

Mythic Jaina Changes
Here are the listed changes to Mythic Jaina and some comments on them:
Heulender Wind
duration increased to 10 minutes (was 2 minutes) on all difficulties.
This change is meant to nerf an unintended strategy, where groups intentionally remained on the boat for 2 minutes and just waited out her cast, reducing the personal responsibility of having each player dodge the Projectiles in the Intermission.
Jaina will now always teleport to a predictable location during the first intermission on Mythic difficulty.
Since all guilds are now forced to deal with the first intermission, Jaina will always teleport to the same location to make things easier. Previously, she could teleport in one of six positions which would change how you do the phase.
Ice Block health lowered by 25% on Mythic difficulty.
If someone accidentally gets Ice Blocked, it'll now be much easier to DPS them out, in Phase 1 or Phase 2.
Wachsender Blizzard
's progress is now reset at the start of the second intermission on Mythic difficulty.
With a previous nerf to Jaina's health, many guilds had to wait at the end of Phase 2 to push at the right time. However, this change makes it so that you can push at any time.
Zersplitternde Lanze
charge up time increased to 9 seconds (was 8 seconds) on Mythic difficulty.
With a nerf to the Ice Block health and getting one extra second on
Zersplitternde Lanze
, it's possible to have everyone turn and free the person from the Ice Block... but more than likely, it's one extra second to dodge the incoming Icicle.
