A new Shadow Flame Weapon Enchant and spell effect are coming in Patch 10.1 Embers of Neltharion.
Shadow Flame Weapon Spell Effect
We've datamined a Shadow Flame weapon enchant spell effect that visually imbues weapons with the molten fire and void powers found within Aberrus and are strongly associated with the corrupted members of the black dragonflight. It's unclear whether this Shadow Flame weapon spell effect is associated with Shadowflame Wreathe or will be a separate illusion as there are currently no items associated with the effect. Regardless Shadow Flame looks quite spectacular, especially in game.
