Azq'roth, the Black Empire - Alternate Timelines in Patch 10.1.5

Among the many alternate timelines that players will explore in Time Rift activities in Patch 10.1.5 is Azq'orth, a world in which the ancient Black Empire of the Old Gods never fell.
In this timeline, the world soul inhabiting Azeroth is either fully corrupted or dead, with the entirety of the surface conquered by the Old Gods and their allies. We return to Nya'lotha to face off against the Fury of N'Zoth, looting a stone tablet along the way which details prayers to "the ancient one".
