I like the ideas you are giving, but honestly it also feels like you are giving us way too many new spells now. Some spells like the new power infusion that you introduced look totally viable, but a shield that can block over 120k damage if at full health and make you immune to damage and CC? It's just a little OP and will probably even throw disc priests back into the OP in arena category.
I read your counter-arguments for your power infusion as well, and other examples I could give would be the fact that you would allow channeling penance while moving, have an AoE knockback spell, and then on top of that be able to cast the old version of power infusion in my opinion removes any chance of killing a disc priest.
With all that being said, the improvements I would make would be to Power Infusion so that it has a 25% chance to break on direct damage (I understand that a pally's shield makes the target immune but I never said it shouldn't be nerfed), Circle of Warding instead of being a knockback spell could be a knockdown spell like charge, and I would remove the 70% reduction to spell pushback on all the talent trees except maybe holy as it's not needed (shadow priests have enough mechanics to stop them from being hit and disc priests have the AoE knockback and PW: Barrier.

I really enjoy the the name changes to the priest spells.
I like how the names give more a uniform feeling to simmilerly themed spells which can be lost in the current live structure.
I'm on the fence about some of the abilties as they seem borderline overpowered. The sad thing is that most of the suggested new abilties can be overcome in pvp quite easily, but would annoy people to hell.
Cicle of suffering souds kind of strange though. I would suggest looking for an alternative name.
I wonder how the spell creation system works for the game.
I feel that blizz would like to impliment changes as creatively as this(if not more so), but I feel that most of their ideas may be technically impossible from a programming stand point.
