I've created a file, for those that do not want to alt-tab out of Warcraft for each quest (or cant in my case, with 512 MB of RAM) to our beloved wowhead.com. :)
This is basically a compilation of information off of Wowhead and the comments of posters. The quests are generally in order, but it may have a typo, mistake, or incorrect x, y locations, etc. Its not based on reputation, but is purely a leveling/quest grinding guide that I decided to do for myself and my brother. Right now, unfortunately, it is Alliance only based (I've got no level 60 Horde characters).
Some of the references in the file are to 'soloability'. This is totally class/talent/gear based, so I would not rely on it. However, if I comment on the soloability of a target, it probably means its elite or difficult.
The Series X# quests are to be completed in order.
If a quest is listed as 'Synch', it just means to watch out for the quests above or below the one marked as such, as they can be very, very easily combined together or interact with each other.
I'm going to be posting this message/link in the comments section of the zones I have completed it for (right now its only Zangarmarsh, Terokkar, and Shattrath (Aldor/Scryers)), Nagrand, and Blade's Edge). I'd appreciate any bumps in ratings, and also any questions, corrections, or feedback can be directed to adimax@gmail.com.
Last but not least, you can use GoogleDocs to read the XLS file, if you dont have Microsoft Office. Or, just use Google to find a 'free XLS reader'.
Enjoy.

Does Anyone Know if there are quests for Fel Storm Point, Forge Camp: Wrath, Forge Camp: Terror, and the surronding Areas? It requires a Flying mount to access, and all the mobs at at least lvl 70. Anyone got any insight?

The best time to do this zone is at the early beginning of 68. I say that for 3 reasons.
1) Some green mobs here and there, make it easier ;)
2) Quests are still yellow, so they give out the same, good XP
3) Netherweave drops abundantly, there is NO reason to never have Netherweave here....Grind on Ogres east of Sylvanaar. Theres more value at 68, say, 60. Downtime was never bad in Hellfire. Now, it pisses me off when my Bandage Downtime is up.....
btw...some quests that dont say group, are actually better with a group ;)
I went here after I went to Nagrand. When done with this zone, I ended up with one lvl gained, and a half a lvl till 70.
Great place, but dont come too early, or late.

I would not recommend going here until you have leveled as much as you possibly can in the previous zones, or have some way of flying.
There are many ditches that you can easily fall into and not be able to escape unless you can fly.

Thank god i'm not the only one with that problem.
All maps seem to have dissapeard from WoWhead zone pages.
Ontopic: BEM is a nice zone, lots of quests, lots of easy xp (kill a few there, get 2 of these, etc)
So a lvl 68 should be right at home here for a healthy xp line to (or near) 70.

For those Allies farming the raptors / serpents in the eastern part of the zone on PVE servers, it's entirely possible to fly into Mok'nathal and swipe their bonfire temporarily if you're level 70. Rather amusing, too. :)

Just a little tip for all of you alliance out there starting blade's edge quests.
You will get about 5 or 6 quests, 2 of which are to go to the Bloodmaul Post, I suggest that you complete the Grovestalker Lynx x 12 kill quest, that way, when you do the Ogre Brew and the Ogre kill quests, you can do the quest for 4 wolf tails in that area (chain).

Blade's Edge is recommended for levels 65 - 68, but I moved onto here right after Nagrand at level 67. If you started leveling in Outland at level 60, then there's a high possibility you'll ding 70 here.
Generally, you'll find leveling here a little slower then previous zones. Because the zone is divided up the way it is, traveling can be quite a pain. Similarly, the quests themselves are spread out all over the place so you'll find yourself running back and forth quite often. After breezing through Nagrand, you'll probably be very disappointed with the overall questing efficiency of this zone.
Alliance have two main outposts here: Sylvanaar and Toshley's Station. Chances are you'll start out in Sylvanaar, and you can find Toshley's Station at 60, 69. For the Horde, there's Thunderlord Stronghold and Mok'Nethal Village. Another primary quest hub is Evergrove (61, 40), a Cenarion Expedition outpost located in Ruuan Weald.
There's nothing really worth noting in this zone, apart from the fact that there are a lot of ogres. Like,
a lot
of them. Every second mob you see, chances are it'll be an ogre, or a gronn. The next time I see an ogre yell "Me mad! You get smash in face!" I think I'll promptly realign my foot into someone's rear out of sheer frustration. It seems even the ogres are fed up with themselves, as it the ogre clans in the area are intent on ripping each other to shreds (or, in ogre terms, smashing each other's faces).
Ogres and face-smashing aside, you might want to pick up some of the
quest-starting items
. Many of these lead to long quest chains, so it's important you don't miss them.

I hated this place. I only leveled from 66 to 67 here and couldn't wait to pick up Netherstorm quests and never set foot in Blade's Edge again. Even at 70 with a flying mount I have my hearth in A52 (I'm a mage with Spellfire Tailoring so it's actually beneficial) and I don't even pass over Blade's Edge unless I'm going to do Gruul's Lair and I don't even like Gruul's Lair just for the fact that it's in Blade's Edge.
And I went back and did some leftover quests I didn't get done in other zones while 66 because I couldn't stand to be in Blade's Edge that bad. Mobility is hindered so bad it's not even funny.
And I think I ground the last 25% of 66 in Netherstorm killing Sunfury blood elves and grinding Sunfury Signets/Arcane Tomes for the Scryers rep I'd need at 70, just because Blade's Edge was that annoying.

Both Alliance and Horde:
If you're going for the Loremaster achievements and you find yourself at a loss for quests in Blade's Edge, seek out this quest drop:
Damaged Mask
, from any

mob.
The mask starts the "Gas Mask/Death's Door" chain (9 quests!).
If you remember starting this chain but have since then
deleted
.. I mean.. "lost" the

, simply speak to
Wildlord Antelarion
in Evergrove and he'll give you another one.

Toshley's Station is periodically under attack by a large number of Ravagers - maybe 30 or 40. As a player, you can help defend, though you get no experience or loot when you kill any of the mobs, even if you are the only one to do any damage to it. Not sure about how often this happens or if there is a trigger, but fun to be in the middle of it.

Quoted from
WoWwiki
:
During the orc's second intrusion into Azeroth, the black dragonflight briefly joined the Horde. Seeking magical artifacts, Ner'zhul had sent a party under Teron Gorefiend to Blackrock Spire to bring the Blackrock clan back into the fold and acquire their red dragons. Rend refused and Teron left defeated, but they were soon approached by Deathwing. Deathwing presented the Death Knight with an offer. He would lend his and his children aid to the Horde, in return for safe passage of his flight and his eggs to Draenor. Gorefiend accepted and the black aspect summoned his flight to him. Before departing Deathwing spoke with Nefarian and Onyxia, asking them to remain on Azeroth and take command of the orcs left within the spire. The remaining members of the black dragonflight, led by Deathwing and his lieutenant Sabellian, allowed the orcs to ride upon them in order to retrieve the needed artifacts.
Ner'zhul quickly pulled the Horde back to Draenor. The black dragons, taking special care of the eggs, crossed through the Dark Portal. Deathwing spoke with Ner'zhul, bidding his farewell and taking The Skull of Gul'dan. A few blacks stayed with the Horde at Hellfire Citadel, but the bulk of the flight settled within the valleys of the Blade's Edge Mountains, where they could tend to the delicate eggs. Their presence there was not welcome by Gruul, father of the Gronn and ruler of the Ogres. Gruul and his subjects, assisted by members of the Alliance Expedition sent to recover the skull, attacked drake and egg alike. Deathwing was outraged by the destruction of his precious eggs and fought back, only to be driven off by a strategic spell from Khadgar. Sabellian managed to escape as well. The remaining black dragons, now leaderless, quickly fell to the fury of Gruul's children, crushed and impladed upon the mountain's spires.
Not long after, Ner'zhul's portals began to tear Draenor apart, and soon the planet was going through its death throes. Deathwing quickly escaped back to Azeroth, abandoning his remaining progeny on the doomed world. Then the cataclysm came and Draenor was shattered, only what would become known as Outland remained. Many of the black dragon eggs were exposed to the twisting nether and the dragons that emerged were no longer truly members of the black flight. These ethereal dragons would come to be known as the Nether Dragons.

The ambient music that plays in many of the areas of Blade's Edge Mountains is eerily similar to the music used when in the city of Baldur's Gate in the first game of the series. The sound of that music as I went from house to house at night, pilfering away, is permantly etched into my memory.

If you're a tank and you want to level in an Outland zone which will provide quest rewards that improves your armor along the way, don't go here. Every plate mail reward option I saw had a lousy stamina boost compared to other armor I already had - and represented a downgrade for a tank regardless of item level. Looks like the plate armor rewards in this zone were geared for a DPS warrior, DK or pally -- NOT a tank.

And I deffinitely do not support cruelty to dragons, even the black ones.

What I like about this zone is that there is a lot of variety. Yes, most of it is orange and rocky, but you've also got your trees and woods, your moon-like purpley landscape, and your dark green forge camps. After most of the zones being engulfed in one big saturated color, it's a nice change. You also get the chance to battle a lot of mobs you're familiar with, like orcs, arakkoa, wyrmcult, ethereals, etc.

Most of the quests in Blade's Edge Mountains are made infinitely easier if you make yourself King or Queen of the Ogres as soon as possible, and then head for Ogrila. This will turn them neutral, but still killable, and you'll be able to move around them easier.

If you go to Outland at lvl58, you should be around lvl70 when you move out. A couple of times (due to trying different quest paths) I have ended up at lvl74 by the time I leave.
This makes the 1st 2/3 zones in Northrend a piece of p***, but very boring (I skipped most of Howling Fjord, Grizzly Hills & Zul'Drak). Going through all the available quests means the knock-on effect is that until you get well into Pandaria you will most likely be knocking over everything (except elites) quite easily.
Depending when you go thru the Dark Portal, if you have quested through Outland in a logical fashion (Hellfire Pen, Z'marsh, Terrokar, Nagrand) & have reached a level of 68+ it may be worth going straight to Netherstorm & then onto Shadowmoon Valley.
By questing Bladesedge it is possible to find yourself well over leveled by the time you leave Outland & head off to Northrend. There are some nice quests to be had, but as a lvl68 DK when I got here only a couple of the drops were worth keeping. Gold farming was good though.

Alternatively, you can just fly to Toshley's...

Easily the most annoying area out of Outland.
Not only does it have a fair amount of elites. It also has some annoying quests, like the quest to destroy two portals have imps spawning every split second that AOE explode hard on you. To when you think you're past the worst... only to find out the remaining ogre quests require apex shards before you can even do each one of them - a complete grind fest. Oh did I mention ogres? Yeap, 70%ish of the quests in this area revolves around killing ogres in some fashion or helping them.
