This set uses the Purple variant of the "Shaman PvP B1" artwork, and is comprised of the second (ilvl 200 epic) Arena Season 5 set for Shaman.

Apart from the belt, bracers and boots, this set is exclusive to Shaman.

There aren't any missing pieces. The set is complete!

There are three other colours of this set in the artwork database. Two are available as sets in the game, used for the first (rare) and second (epic) Arena Season 5 sets for Shaman. See:

Green: Savage Gladiator's Earthshaker
Red: Deadly Gladiator's Earthshaker
The final colour is brown ("default" colour). If it existed it would look much like the purple set, but with gold edging and dark brown mail

As well as these, the Shaman Arena Season 6, 7 and 8 sets all have a very similar (just not identical) design to the Season 5, apart from the shoulders and helm. See:

The ilvl 200 5-piece Hateful set is sold by 奥术师埃杜林 and 魔导师布拉塞尔 in Dalaran. The glove and leg pieces, as well as accessories, drop from 岩石看守者阿尔卡冯 on 10m.
