Just got mine over the weekend! After winning the Kaluak Tournament, I went to Terrokar to see if Mr. Pinchy would drop. I was fishing pools of Highland Mixed from the island in the middle of the lake. I saw a pool next to an elemental. Figuring that Blizzard would put a wrinkle in my plan, I decided to fish that pool. Voila! I caught Mr. Pinchy!

I asked for the first wish but my bag was full! LOL! At any rate, went back home and check mailbox. There was a nasty letter warning me of Mr. Pinchy's wrath because I discarded a gift. The gift was also in the mailbox; it was the Magical Box. I got my pet and both achieves! It's been two years!

Did Blizzard know how much efforts and time I put in to make all of my alts Salty? That's 3 Alliance and 1 Horde chars! And now they made it a "account" title?

my quest continues..i hope to someday have my toon, Ooglepants, get this title. "Salty Ooglepants" just has a nice ring to it, imho.

In German, this title is way better.
It's "Schrecken der Meere"
Translated this means "Terror of the seas"

Translated this means "Master of the hook"

If you're doing this in the Deaths of Chromie Scenario, pick up the Deaths of Chromie quest before you go into Andorhal (assuming you've already unlocked it).

Got this today after 45mins (3 attempts) in the Andorhal Deaths of Chromie scenario after reading a few comments. I already had Timelord title but hadn't completed the Deaths of Chromie quest and ran it twice without the quest. I got it within 5 mins after picking up the quest on my third attempt :)

Edit--this is just speculation but worth a shot if it's not popping right away.
