Passives like this are just what fire mages need. Blizzard did say that they are trying to normalise fire a lot more so that it isn't quite as RNG as it has been these last two expansions. Skills like this should help a lot, and the fact that all classes and specs will have all nine perks by max WoD level is a great move on Blizzard's part..

This works almost exactly like how Combustion used to work (prior to Cataclysm), except with no cooldown. This will bring your 火球术 spell ~~up to a maximum bonus 25% critical strike chance at 5 stacks~~.

This spell is effected by 临界炽焰, bringing it up to a maximum 65% critical strike chance at 5 stacks.

Be warned that it is presently considered a magic effect and can be dispelled or spellstolen in PvP environments.
