Thunder bluff graveyard is at 41.34 20.59 (on mulgore map), between Spirit and Elder rises.

Catrina and Chapman are outside of Thunder Bluff, on the ground north of the city, at the base of the northern lift from the middle rise (57,18).

To complete this quest, purchase an Orange Marigold and the Bread of the Dead recipe from Chapman, bake some bread at the Ghostly Cooking Fire beside him, and use the Marigold. You can now see the spirits and can turn in the quest.

In addition to the Macabre Marionette the quest yields experience (21150 at level 76).

If you're a warlock or have one handy, the Detect Invisilibility spell will allow you to see the spirits without having to purchase the Orange Marigold. (Yes, I'm that much of a cheapskate. >_>)

It should be noted that you have to start, and can only start this quest at your characters race home city.

It appears that if you've done this quest last year you cannot do it again this year.

Also, it can be started in Dalaran by any race.

Tried to do this quest in Stormwind today and the quest giver was not showing up after using the bouquet. I went to Dalaran and used the bouquet there and the quest giver popped up right behind Catrina. Quest done.

Looks like the quest giver in Stormwind is bugged or something.

It appears to show only for your race's faction city. I would recommend going to Dalaran - Northrend. 卡特琳娜 is located in the grass to the right of the Violet Citadel at /way 35.0 39.2.

Buy a 橙菊 from 查普曼.
Use it and you will see the quest giver pop up behind 卡特琳娜.
