I've managed to find 2nd cache during the same week i've done quest there but the loot was single Slumber Powder. My guess is the stitchyard cosmetic loot is on weekly cooldown.

Came here to find what this was. I'm Night Fae, took the mushroom to Gormhive as I usually do to get the Conduit Location buff. Saw the chest, clicked on it, it disappeared and I got nothing, as far as I can tell.

The quest flag for the weekly lockout of this treasure is 62240.

I wanted to share a few observations:

Each zone's chest must have a different lockout. I already quested this week earlier with Toothpick and opened the Revendreth chest during the quest. But I was able to opened the Buried Cache of Ardenweald on the same day too. So you can open different zone chests on the same day, and it follows that the quest does not have to be up.

Also, the location of chest within a certain zone is not fixed for a given day either. I was just using the stitching's ability at given locations, and when I went to the nearest location, I saw the chest, either the location was close enough that it was triggered by my nearby "digging" or somebody else was using their Toothpick there, I did not see them. Nevertheless, the chest disappeared before I could click it. Whichever was the case, after I used "World Shaker" at this point numerous times without a chest, I decided to try other points (I've pinned them all to my map) and one of the next locations gave me another chest. So, seeing a chest disappear does not consume your "lockout".

Since I read a comment, I tested it myself. You can use Toothpick at both locations (Revendreth/Ardenweald) and stomp at random locations where usually you would when the quest is up and get it even without the quest active this particular week!
