I managed to enter without Light's Judgement using blink as a mage from the left corner of the rocks

So found that you can use the Lounge Cushions for this
After using this method on another cave with the warframe on CD
Standing at the left hand side facing the cave and as far forward as you can drop a cushion
Click to sit, then stand up and walk into the cave
Do the same to come back out
