General info:

There are 小宝箱 and 小宝箱 chests i havent found, have no idea about them.
Treasure # 40 can be found during 阿佐兰必须死 (or after it), quest chain starts from 莉安娜·悲夜 quest (莉安娜·悲夜 if you play 恶魔猎手.
About the chest with "jumping puzzle" — the correct one is # 30 chest - 宝箱, i found it on the left stairs inside the house, seems it has been replaced by Blizzard, so there are no more crazy jumps.
