Find Watch Commander Loon Mai. Head up the stairs of the hut nearest him. Don't enter the hut, but go to the right-hand side. You'll see the lore object there. (20.3, 55.9)

I had a problem with this part, I could see it only when I was far, when I got closer it disappeared. I had to fly near it and click very fast. Doing this I got the credit but the object disappeared again.(##RESPBREAK##)2060##DELIM##Sas148##DELIM##

The thing is not in the house, but from the entrance, on the right side wall.

You might have to fly away from the right side wall to see it appear, its some weird thing that makes it invisible when your close... might be a bugg.

when you are at a distance and can finnaly see the scroll that appeard, fly fast to it, make sure you land with your mount next to it, and click on it fast.

you might have to retry a few times.... but you will get it.

The poster who says it disappears is correct. It is on the right side of the hut if you are looking at the door. It is next to the sandbags. Get on your flyer and ascend backwards until it appears than spam right click as you get closer to it.
