The vendor is here on all my characters accept my Jewelcrafter, I see the quest on the map (not minimap) but she is not behind the desk. Puzzling. No way to start the quest.

Odd. I was able to see her until I accepted the beginning quests for JC, then she suddenly vanished.

Won't give me any quests.

I dropped another prof to get JC. Talked to Timothy Jones the trainer and got JC, turned to Tiffany and ... nothing, no quests.
