DAT SPEAR!.... I don't think a player item version exists :(

EDIT: Upon further inspection, it seems to follow the same appearance theme as the crafted weapons. Look at the end of the haft on the stage 4 version of 钢铸巨斧, you'll see the little bladed end is exactly the same. Why this isn't a crafted weapon... we might never know.

Exarch Maladaar can apparently summon two of these guys, a male and a female, as spirits. This happens at the conclusion of 冲刺阶段.

However, as of Patch 6.2.3. it's still unavailable. Perhaps they forgot, or they'll add it in Legion.
