Yes! You can get a pet that looks exactly like him by defeating Vesharr in Veil Terokk, Spires of Arak.

Then you can purchase Veilwatcher Hatchling from him for 1,000 gold.
He also sells a recolor for 10 gold.

(FYI, yes, Reshad was voiced by the same voice actor who did Megatron in the old '80s Transformers cartoons)
