Funnily enough, this second Dagg's cage is located at the exact part of the map where the "Dagg.." part of "Daggermaw Ravine ends.

To get Dagg as a garrison follower, you must free him from two locations in Frostfire Ridge, then complete his quest when he's outside your garrison.

First, free him from the cage at Grom'gar around 65.8, 60.8.

Next, free him from the cage in Daggermaw Ravine, around 39.6, 28.0.

To finally get Dagg, you will need to complete his quest, Services of Dagg, outside of the northern entrance of your garrison.

By default, Dagg specializes in herbalism and can work in your herb garden in your garrison. Dagg was also able to serve as my bodyguard in Frostfire Ridge.

There might be a reference to Dagg in the new starting zone from the Shadowlands pre patch. You can loot a stone that has D-A-G-G spelled on it's name.

To get 达戈 as a follower, fly to these two spots in arbitrary order:

/way #525 39.5 28.1 Dagg (Daggermaw Ravine) – interact with 雷神牢笼 to free 达戈
/way #525 65.9 60.8 Dagg (Grom'gar) – interact with 雷神牢笼 (?) to free 达戈

Afterwards, you’ll find 达戈 – carrying a cage, funnily enough – outside your garrison’s walls (southeast gate for Alliance, north gate for Horde).
Accept and turn in 达戈的效劳, and he’s available as your follower henceforth.
