Well just to let people know. there is also a mob called south sea kidnapper that looks just like this guys. Haven't seen them before but they may be there for the Reindeer quest so only a seasonal mob in that case

These mobs will often come in packs of two and have a tendency to run at low health.

Southsea Swashbucklers can be found inside the buildings in the pirate camp in small numbers, but they are mainly standing in front of the large boat on the edge of camp.

These mobs give the following rep (for non-humans):

Reputation with Gadgetzan increased by 5.
Reputation with Booty Bay increased by 2(or 3).
Reputation with Ratchet increased by 2(or 3).
Reputation with Everlook increased by 2(or 3).

They don't give any negative rep. Perfect for us Bloodsail Pirates looking to raise our reputation with the Steamweedle Cartel.

Do these still give rep after revered in patch 3.1?

I'm revered with all of Steamwheedle, and these currently give reputation for all except Gadgetzan. Not very fun. I reported it a couple months ago and it's still true as of the date of this posting. This seems to be the case with any of the mobs that reward rep in this manner, gonna go check the rest now (like the ones in Stranglethorn).
