I got mine in about 10 min of farming in The Ruins of Guo-Lai (Vale of Eternal Blossoms).

fought one of these guys on my Monk, that has Engineering at 600 points, and got the Schematic on the first try...not bad really.

Hey, does anyone know if these guys drop Skyshards? I hope they do, being that they are in Vale, same with the Vestiges.

I've been farming these guys for well over a week now and still haven't got the journal to drop -.-

Edit: It just dropped for me there from my 20th manifestation of pride

Although Wowhead lists the schematics at 0%-1% drop rate they are actually much higher but it also calculates the people who dont have leatherworking/engineering/tailoring

Just wanted to confirm that these are still dropping off Sha in the Vale. I had horrible luck the first day farming when I was lvl600 Eng. Came back today at lvl630 Eng and it dropped after about the 20th Manifestation of Pride. I don't know if my Eng level had anything to do with it, or if it was just luck, but wanted to mention it just in case.
