Alliance Conquest Quartermaster located on the wall between northen Valley of the Four Winds and Dread Wastes. The honor vendor is Hayden Christophen, most probably a reference to Hayden Christensen, probably best known for being Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars.

Only name reference I could come up with for this guy was Lucius Malfoy from Harry Potter. I'm probably wrong.

The name may be derived from two famous Englishmen who disappeared in controversial circumstances: George Mallory (sic.) who disappeared, possibly having climbed Everest in 1924, and Lord Lucan, who disappeared after probably murdering his children's nanny, in the 1970's.
