There are a large number of these neutral critters in the Forbidden Jungle area of the Krasarang Wilds. If you kill enough of them, 热毒牙 herself will appear in the middle of the area. She drops a fun and useful item: 热毒牙卵囊.

A great way for smaller guilds to get the Critter Kill Squad achievement if they haven't already. Huge numbers of them, respawn very quickly and die in one hit. Just AoE spam and watch 'em die.

Encountered one of these as a combat pet whilst fighting a Luyu Moth in Krasarang, but quite far from their "mother". I killed it, catching a rare moth instead, not realising it could be rare. Looked the name up here and went to their spawn location. At the spawn indicated on the map, all I can find are normal critters. Even fighting the jungle grubs around there does not make one of these spawn. Haven't been able to find one again even when fighting Moths. :/

Just captured one of these that spawned as part of a team with jungle grub. Not a rare and did not get acheev credit for pandaren safari. Apparently it must be a spawned battle pet not part of a team spawn.

hi everyone

i actually found a lot of them by just entering in combat with spiny terrapin pets.
It is the only way i found to get these spiders.
